Q: Why do you think Twilight Gamers will be the right community for you?

Hey! How's it going? First; forgive me for posting after the date of your "recruitment closed" thread. I had seen others had posted after the date & were accepted. So I figured I'd give it a shot.


I heard about your guild through a friend of mine. After reading & hearing what you all are about I couldn't wait to sign up. Your community fits exactly what I'm looking for in a guild/community; mature adults that have lives & yet still find time to play a game & have fun. It's really just that simple.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself? (Gaming interest, hobbies, favorite movies or books, etc?(Provide a detailed response))

For starters my name is Alex. I'm 29 & I live in Michigan & have my whole life. Got a steady job with Department of Homeland Security that'll help pay my way to allow me to play this game. I live with the greatest cat on the planet named Punk and he is 8 years old at the moment.


Most of my family has moved to other states so i consider my friends my family. I'm extremely dedicated & loyal to them. Providing any help whenever & however I can, which i feel is one of my best qualities. Which filters through how i live my life as the old saying goes : "Treat others how you want to be treated".


During my free time when I'm not gaming, I'm working out or running 4-5 times a week trying to stay in shape so father time keeps falling behind and never catches up with me. Which is one of the things I'm most proud of. I also just got into RC cars this year with a couple of my buddies & found it to be a absolute blast!!! I love watching tv, movies, & sports (football (Packers), hockey (Red Wings), & yes ... even the dreaded non-sport of nascar (*cough*Jeff Gordon*cough*).

Q: Tell us about your gaming history and future games you are looking forward to playing?(Provide a detailed response

As far as gaming goes, I've been playing games since the regular Nintendo & the "real princess is in another castle" days. Currently I'm working on Batman: Arkham City & Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim, both on the 360, & Uncharted 3 on PS3. I'm a huge RPG & Bioware buff. I've played Final Fantasy games all the way to Mass Effect, Gears of War, Rainbow Six, & the Halo series.


I'm looking forward to the final installment of the Mass Effect series along with Diablo III so I can finally play that sucker with my friends!!


At the moment, I'm looking to make a Sith Assassin as my main character in the game. I'll also probably have a Sorcerer at some point & perhaps a marauder in which I'll play those with some buddies of mine.


The biggest part of my gaming experience was the time I played another MMO called Everquest from 2001-2007. During my time on the game I was a part of only 3 guilds. I left the first 2 only because they ended up falling apart due to the leaders leaving the game. Those guilds were also casual/family/adult oriented guilds. The last guild I was apart of was the 5th farthest progressed guild on the server. (@ one point it was the 3rd) It was much more geared towards raiding 3 times a week. I was apart of that guild for 4 years & during my time in that guild I became an officer in the guild after only a year in which i helped lead raids on occassions, but mainly was the guild tresurer. I handled loot distribution & updating the website after a raiding night. I kept track of 50+ guild members' dkp & items they gained through raiding.


Which brings me to one of the big reasons I have no problem coming back to an MMO & a guild/community like this: During the last year I played EQ it felt very much like a job and I felt obligated to be there. I felt it took away from my enjoyment of the game & it was taking up too much of my life. It was a hard decision to make, but I'm responsible for my own happiness so I felt it was time to put the game aside & move on. I left the game & guild on great terms in which the leaders understood.


After being part of a raiding guild & a casual guild, & seeing both ends of the spectrum. I know that a big raiding guild is not what I'm looking for. This is yet another reason why I feel we would be a great fit for each other.


When I play or do anything in life, you always get 100% of me. I play fierce & focused but with a open-heart & mind to help others. My time in this world, just like everyone else, is limited. I dare not waste it ..... unless some of that is in a video game.

Hey, welcome to TG Axiz.

For an invite, you should first enter your character info over on the roster found HERE.

Then, you just need to get a hold of myself (in-game toon name, Mackenzie), Dravin, KaziWren, Resurection, Taiva, Nebula or Shakeeya (all of their toon name are on the roster). Best way to get our attention is probably to jump on TS and just ask if anybody is around that can send you an invite.
