Tg Administrators may on occasion issue a call for review by the Magistrate Board. The Magistrate Board for each review is chosen by Tg Administrators from the following groups: Founders, Moderators and Game Leaders. The number of people chosen for the review will vary based on the complexity of the issue being reviewed.

The review board is used when Tg Administrators feel an outside opinion is needed on a specific issue, not all issue will be brought to a review board.

Selection Procedure:
Tg Administrators will submit names of potential board members to the Tg Administrator's Forum for review.

• Board Members must be in good standing.
• Board Members must have been a member for a minimum of six (6) months.
• Board Members cannot have a conflict of interest with the specific issue being reviewed.

Names will then be select at random until the total number of needed board members is reached. One to Two Alternates will then be selected at random from the remaining candidates.

Review Process:
Board members will be given temporary access to the Magistrate forum to discuss the issue they've been called to review. ALL discussions within the Magistrate forum are confidential and are NOT to be discussed outside of that forum.

A Tg Administrator will present the issue to be reviewed by the board. Any evidence related to the issue will be presented at that time. Board members will be given up to 72 hours to discuss the issue before a vote is taken.

After the voting is complete one of two things may occur, depending on the outcome of the vote. The board maybe dismissed and thanked for their service, or they maybe asked to provide resolution options. If resolution options are needed then the board will have 72 hours to recommend a resolution.

A vote maybe taken if more then one resolution option is submitted.
